Refund Policy

Overview

Because services are tailored to each client and involve significant up-front effort, refunds are governed by the milestone-based structure of the engagement.

Before Project Kickoff

If you cancel before any project work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance paid, less a 5% administrative fee.

After Kickoff

Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable. However, any pre-paid amount in excess of the work performed at the time of cancellation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Subscription / Retainer Services

Monthly retainers (maintenance, marketing, AMC) are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current month, but cancellation prevents future billing.

How to Request a Refund

Email zaqvilustechnology@gmail.com with your engagement reference and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Disputes

In the rare case of disputes, we strive to resolve them amicably. Where this is not possible, refunds are governed by Indian law.
