Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZAQVILUS TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

ZAQVILUS provides premium IT, software, web, mobile, design and digital marketing services. The exact scope of every engagement is captured in a written Statement of Work (SoW) signed by both parties.

Engagement & Payment

Engagements are typically billed against milestones agreed in the SoW.

A standard schedule is 30% on kickoff, 40% at design sign-off and 30% on launch unless otherwise agreed.

Invoices are due within 7–15 days of issue. Overdue amounts may attract interest at 1.5% per month.

GST and applicable taxes are charged in addition to fees.

Intellectual Property

On full payment, the client receives 100% ownership of project deliverables including source code, design files and credentials. ZAQVILUS retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless an NDA states otherwise.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of performing the services.

Warranties & Liability

Deliverables are provided "as is" with the warranties expressly set out in the SoW. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZAQVILUS' total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement on 15 days written notice. The client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
